Physiotherapist – Adult Social Care Location: East Sussex
Contract: Ongoing (monthly review)
Hours: 37 hours per week, full time
Rate: £35 per hour
Pertemps is currently recruiting an experienced
Physiotherapist to join an Adult Social Care service in
East Sussex. This is an ongoing contract with monthly reviews, offering a rewarding opportunity to work within a community-based, multidisciplinary setting.
The Role You will be providing a high-quality physiotherapy service to adults with diverse and complex needs, working in the community as part of an inter-professional team. The service is focused on supporting clients to regain skills, confidence, and independence, enabling them to remain living safely at home.
Your responsibilities will include:- Managing a clinical caseload within the community
- Assessing clients’ needs and developing, implementing, and reviewing intervention plans
- Working collaboratively with clients and the multidisciplinary team to facilitate safe and timely discharge planning
- Aiming to reduce ongoing support where appropriate through effective rehabilitation
- Contributing to person-centred care planning with a focus on independence and safety
You will receive support and clinical guidance from a
Senior Therapist.
Essential Requirements- Qualified Physiotherapist
- Registered with HCPC
- Broad post-qualification experience, including community-based physiotherapy
- Full, current UK driving licence
- Access to a vehicle with insurance covering business use
Working Arrangements- Primarily office-based, with flexibility to support urgent referrals as required
- Community-based working as part of the role
