In this role, you'll:
Take ownership of complex calendar and diary management across time zones
Coordinate internal meetings and high-level global conference calls
Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodation arrangements
Process team expenses and handle basic invoice administration
Be the go-to support for day-to-day team operations and logistics
Provide backup assistance to colleagues as needed
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 2+ years of experience in an administrative, team support, or coordinator role
Brings excellent communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanour
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to shifting priorities
Is proactive, solutions-focused, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
Maintains high standards of discretion and attention to detail
The details:
Location: Office-based in Birmingham City Centre (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Initial 6-month assignment with extension potential (up to 18 months)
Rate: £18/hour incl. holiday pay (~£32,000–£33,000 per annum equivalent)
