About the Role You’ll deliver high-quality, timely legal services to a varied client base, managing your own caseload while working closely with the Head of Department. The role offers hybrid working, with both full-time and part-time options available to suit the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
Maintain strong client relationships and help develop new business opportunities
Manage an agreed caseload efficiently, using the firm’s systems and procedures
Meet annual fee-earning targets and maintain excellent billing practices
Ensure all work is completed to the highest professional standards
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 2 years’ PQE is essential
Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
Robust corporate and commercial experience (2+ years)
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand clients’ business needs
Excellent communication, drafting and analytical skills
Ability to prioritise effectively and handle competing deadlines
Confident in using case management systems and Microsoft Office
