Warehouse Operative

Aviation Recruitment Network Limited (ARNL) has an exciting opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our team based at East Midlands Airport.

Location: East Midlands Airport
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.53 per hour
Available Shift Patterns

Option 1:
• Monday to Thursday: 19:30 – 23:30
• Friday: 19:30 – 00:30
• Pay rate: £12.21 – £13.53 per hour

Option 2:
• Tuesday to Friday: 01:30 – 06:00
• Sunday: 20:00 – 06:00
• Pay rate: £12.56 – £13.53 per hour

Key Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your main responsibilities will include:
• Loading and unloading cargo freight from haulage vehicles and aircraft containers
• Working on a busy parcel sorting line
• Sorting cargo, parcels, and freight weighing up to 20 kg
• Using handheld scanners to record parcel movements

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
• Be able to provide a 5-year work/education history in the UK (from 2020 to present)
• Complete a criminal record check (cost reimbursed after 4 weeks)
• Be willing to complete full training provided on-site
