Taking the lead on a £1.5m, sustainable new build community focussed centre, as Site Manager you’d ensure that the fast-paced development, runs to programme, and deliver on the commitment to sustainability, Health & safety and quality standards.
An SMSTS, CSCS Card, First aid at work and previous new build site management experience (commercially orientated) are essential for this long-term temporary contract role with potential for permanency if desired.
