Social Worker (Adults) - Learning Disabillty (Supported Living Reviews) 
Rate: £40 per hour
Location: North London
Type: Contract

Pertemps are working with a forward thinking local authority in the North London area. We are looking for Adult Social Workers to join the Learnng Disability Team to conduct the supported living reviews. 

Responsibility of Adult Social Worker:
- Conduct supported living reviews to assess quality, affordability and suitability of placements
- Work closely with individuals, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve personal outcomes
- Ensure care models are least restrictive and aligned with best practice
- Provide professional input into service development and improvement

What you will need as Adults Social Worker: 

- 3 years post qualifying experience with DipSW/BA/BSc/MA
- Registered with Social Work England
- Experienced in Learning Disability services and adult social care
- Strong assessment, review and report writing skills
