We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our client’s busy vegetable processing site in Balmalcolm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a friendly team within a well-established food production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sorting, grading, and packing fresh vegetables to site standards
Operating basic production and packing machinery (training provided)
Ensuring quality checks are completed accurately
Labelling products and preparing goods for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all food hygiene, safety, and site procedures
Supporting general warehouse and production tasks as required
About You:
Able to work night shifts on a set rota
A good team player with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable and punctual
Previous food production experience is desirable but not essential
