Our client a successful and growing events company based in Rye, is recruiting for a
Procurement Executive to join their team. This company specialises in planning and delivering high-end corporate events across the globe.
What’s on Offer:- Salary up to £28,000DOE
- 36 days holiday including bank holidays
- Two-week Christmas shutdown
- A vibrant, dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth
- Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with suppliers to source AV equipment at competitive prices
- Prepare accurate and compelling project quotes for clients
- Manage logistics and ensure the timely delivery of equipment to the head office and international venues
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless event execution
What We’re Looking For:- Strong organisational and negotiation skills
- A technical mindset with an eye for detail
- Interest in music, entertainment, or AV equipment is highly desirable
- Previous experience in procurement, logistics, or a similar role preferred
- Own transport is strongly preferred due to office location
