What You’ll Do as a Customer Consultant:
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen CVs and match talent to client roles
- Support with client and candidate management
- Help build relationships with candidates and clients
- Learn all aspects of recruitment with hands-on training and guidance
- Grow and expand your client and candidate portfolio
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Eagerness to learn and progress in a recruitment career
- Confidence in speaking to people over the phone and face-to-face
- Confidence to learn to sell and develop business
- Previous office and customer service experience
