Job Description

Pertemps Recruitment are looking for Field Engineers to independently install, maintain and support customer networks.

This is a primarily field-based role with frequent travel. It involves physical work in various weather conditions/environments.

As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Design, assemble and install steelwork, masts and associated equipment
  • Install commission wireless equipment including point-to-point radios, CCTV and networking devices
  • Prepare detailed site visit reports and documentation
  • Troubleshoot network issues and ensure timely resolutions
  • Maintain awareness of industry developments and new technologies

To be considered for this Field Engineer role, you should possess the following:
  • Proven experience in networking and communications equipment
  • Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of advanced wireless technologies
  • Experience with steelwork and mounting installations
