Banking & Finance Solicitor, 1-4 Years PQE, Birmingham, £70,000+ (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work on a wide range of high-quality finance transactions for a diverse client base. JOB REF:2476
THE ROLE:
• The team acts for a broad range of lenders, corporates and sponsors on a variety of transactions including leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending.
• You will play an active role in advising on a broad range of banking and finance matters, working alongside experienced colleagues and directly with clients.
• You will be responsible for advising on a wide range of banking and finance issues, developing and maintaining technical knowledge across the team and supporting and generating cross-referral opportunities across the wider business
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Banking & Financial Solicitors with between 1–4 years’ PQE
• You will have a solid grounding in banking and finance, including some experience in leverage finance and real estate finance
• Excellent technical and drafting skills
• The ability to build strong client relationships and work collaboratively within a team
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
