With investment backing and strong market traction, they are scaling rapidly and looking for exceptional talent to help them grow. Forecasted year-on-year growth of 50%.
The Role
We are recruiting a results-driven business development professional to accelerate growth across key sectors. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new business opportunities and helping shape the go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success to build long-term client partnerships. Lead outbound prospecting campaigns using multi-channel outreach. Support marketing with content ideas, sector insights, and campaign feedback. Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company.
The Person
Proven experience in a B2B software (Saas) sales environment. Background in selling incident and critical event management, PropTech or security tech SaaS. Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding targets. We are seeking an entrepreneurial mindset and drive to achieve.
The Offer
Competitive salary, commission scheme - OTE £140k, uncapped
25 days annual leave plus 8 statutory bank holidays
Hybrid working, occasional travel to Head Office
