Forklift Driver – Counterbalance & Reach

Location: Tachbrook Park Drive, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, CV34 

Pay Rate: £12.91 per hour + overtime

Contract: Ongoing with permanent opportunities


Pertemps are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Drivers to join a busy and well-established operation based in Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa.


The Role
As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations and maintaining best practice within a fast-paced environment. Duties will include:

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently
  
  
• Carrying out daily FLT safety and equipment checks
  
  
• Following instructions from Warehouse Team Leaders and Supervisors
  
  
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required
  
  
• Working in line with all health & safety procedures
  
  

Shift Pattern (Rotating)

• Monday – Thursday: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
  
  
• Friday: 06:00–13:00 / 13:00–20:00
  
  

Pay & Overtime

• Standard rate: £12.91 per hour (39 hours per week)
  
  
• Overtime x1.5: £19.36 per hour
  
  
• Overtime x2.0: £25.82 per hour

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences (in date)
  
  
• Previous FLT warehouse experience preferred
  
  
• Ability to work rotating shifts
  
  
• Strong health & safety awareness
