Are you an experienced Call Centre / Contact Centre professional looking for a long-term opportunity? We’re recruiting a confident and organised Call Handler to join a busy team in the motor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Making 60–80 outbound calls per day
Checking whether vehicles have arrived onsite
Confirming if diagnostics have been completed
Updating spreadsheets and internal systems accurately
Liaising with depots and teams to ensure smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For:
Previous call centre/contact centre experience (essential)
Motor industry experience is a bonus but not essential—full training provided.
Strong communication and telephone skills
Accurate data-entry and attention to detail
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive team.
