General Operative

Job Title: General Operative – Neath (Temp to Perm)
Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30 and Friday: 08:00–15:30
 
We are recruiting a General Operative for a leading national provider of modular buildings and portable accommodation solutions. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity based in Neath.
 
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring hire cabins are cleaned, refreshed, and prepared to a high standard, ready to go back out on hire within a 48-hour turnaround.


Duties include:

• Deep cleaning the interior of hire cabins
• Basic refurbishment tasks such as small fixes, touch-ups, and general upkeep
• Ensuring cabins meet company presentation standards
• Working as part of a small team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong focus on cleanliness and attention to detail
• DIY skills preferred, but full training can be given
• Reliable, hard-working, and able to work to deadlines
• Someone who takes pride in delivering quality work

What You’ll Get

• Hourly rate of £13.21 and overtime paid at x1.5

• Daytime hours, with an early finish on Fridays
