We are currently recruiting for a
Part-Time Repairs Customer Service Agent to join a busy and customer-focused repairs team within a
local authority environment.
Role DetailsContract: Up to 12 months
Pay Rate: £25 per hour (umbrella)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Working Hours:- Monday & Tuesday: 09:00 – 14:15
- Wednesday – Friday: 09:00 – 13:00
- Start Date: Approximately 19th or 26th January
Training (IMPORTANT)- 4 weeks of full-time training based in the office
- No annual leave or time off is permitted during the training period
- Candidates must be able to fully commit to the training schedule
Working Pattern After Training- Hybrid working
- 2–3 days per week in the office
Experience & Skills- Previous experience working within a local authority or council is essential
- Strong customer service background essential
- Contact centre and/or repairs experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to manage customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment
Requirements- Basic DBS check
- Ideally experience using NEC/Northgate
- Candidates will be required to complete:
- Numeracy assessment
- Literacy assessment
