As a Team Assistant, you'll support senior professionals, including MDs, VPs and associates, helping keep fast-moving global teams running smoothly. You'll work across time zones, managing their diaries, coordinating meetings, expenses and organising international travel.
We're looking for someone with
a minimum of 6 months to 1+ year of experience as a Team Assistant/ Expense Assistant/ Administrative Assistant who has experience organising domestic travel and coordinating meetings. You'll be confident, outgoing, and client-facing in your communication, as well as eager to grow.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing scheduling meetings across time zones
- Coordinating global travel and logistics, including flights accommodation and visa arrangements
- Processing monthly expenses efficiently
- Collaborating with team assistants internally and building network across Europe, Asia and America
Requirements:- 6 months - 1+ years’ experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator
- Experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment
This is a 12- to 18-month assignment, starting with an initial 6-month contract. Exceptional performance could also open the door to a permanent role, depending on business needs.
Full-time, 5 days a week in the office
£16 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay
