Job Description
A leading private equity firm is seeking an immediately available Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a fast-paced, global environment where you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones.
Coordinate extensive international travel and preparing detailed itineraries
Processing expenses and managing travel logs (including clearing backlogs in Concur).
Scheduling internal and external meetings, interviews, and team activities.
Prepare and format documents (Word, PowerPoint).
Liaise with UK, EU, and U.S. offices and act as a key point of contact.
Assisting with events, team initiatives, and board meetings, including venue sourcing and speaker coordination.
Ensuring clear, professional communication and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
Immediate availability.
5+ years’ experience as an EA within private equity, investment banking, asset management, or a fast-paced corporate setting.
At least 2 years’ experience directly within private equity and familiarity with deal team support.
Experience supporting deal teams (essential).
Strong organisational skills and ability to handle shifting priorities.
Polished communication and confident stakeholder management.
Advanced MS Office skills.
A proactive, solution-oriented, “no task too big or small” attitude
