Social Work Assistant – Redbridge £25.93 per hour. The successful candidate will working within the Adults Safeguarding Hub and will assist in gathering information, managing safeguarding referrals, and supporting decision-making in collaboration with social workers and partner agencies. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Are confident communicating with professionals and families
Remain calm under pressure and work well in fast-paced environments
Have experience in social care, health, education, or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the triage and screening of safeguarding referrals
Liaising with professionals and families to gather relevant information
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to assessments
Promoting trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and strengths-based practice
Assisting with the coordination of multi-agency meetings and follow-up actions
