Our client, a highly respected Higher Education establishment based in Glasgow, requires an Administrator on a temporary basis. The salary for the position is £12.62/hour, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Main purpose of role:
To provide an efficient and effective administrative support for the department.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities: - General administrative duties
- Reception duties
- Data entry
- Scanning, filing and archiving
Key Skills and Requirements:- Previous administration/reception experience
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
