Job Title: Sales Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Biggin Hill
Hours: Monday to Saturday (5 days per week, with one day off in the week)
Pay: £12.70 per hour
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Updating and maintaining customer records on internal systems/CRM
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and sales documentation
- Coordinating with internal departments such as logistics and accounts
- Handling general office administration and ad-hoc tasks
- Always ensuring excellent customer service
Key Skills & Experience- Previous experience in a sales administration or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
