niche, purpose-led law firm in Devon is seeking a Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly, collaborative team. They offer meaningful work in a supportive, values-driven environment.
The role:- Commercial and residential property matters
- Drafting and negotiating leases and transfers
- Title reviews and Land Registry work
- Gradually managing your own caseload (mentored and supported)
The candidate:- Newly qualified or 1–2 PQE property lawyer
- Positive, solution-focused, and keen to learn
- Organised with attention to detail
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5/week
