TEMP Administrator / Data Analyst
£13.34 p/hr, Monday- Friday, Hybrid, Glasgow
Overview An opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team within a professional and flexible resourcing model. The role is primarily administrative and data-focused, involving the management of case workloads, analysis of datasets, engagement with external stakeholders, and the production of accurate, high-quality outputs. You will work closely with team members while escalating risks and recommendations to managers and senior managers as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and self-prioritise a defined case workload within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Analyse data submissions and other quantitative and qualitative information provided by participants.
- Review, validate and approve data submissions against agreed datasets and associated payment information.
- Maintain accurate records across a portfolio of environmental schemes.
- Use Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel) to plan, analyse and deliver work efficiently.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including technical consultants, to resolve queries and clarify submissions.
Key Outputs and Deliverables
- Accurate review and processing of data submissions within agreed timescales.
- Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex or challenging cases.
- Identification of risks, issues and discrepancies, with clear escalation to managers and senior managers.
- Production of management information, tracking progress against objectives at both individual and team level.
- Contribution to continuous improvement by working with relevant teams to ensure effective processes are in place.
Essential Criteria Candidates must clearly demonstrate the following within their application:
- Experience working with datasets, including analysing and using data to support decisions and recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to complete tasks accurately and produce high-quality outputs consistently.
