I’m recruiting exclusively for several Operations Analyst positions with a major UK organisation. These roles offer £13.43 per hour, with 1 day per week in the Glasgow and the rest working from home. Interviews happening next week, with a start date of Monday the 12th of January.
The Role
As an Operations Analyst, you’ll work as part of a friendly, multi-skilled team. Your main responsibility will be to manage and process cases, analyse data, and help ensure accurate reporting and payments across several government-backed environmental schemes.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, has good attention to detail, and is confident managing their own workload.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reviewing and analysing data submissions from external organisations
Checking and approving data to ensure accuracy before payments are issued
Using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to plan and organise your workload
Speaking with external stakeholders when further information or clarification is needed
Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Feeding back key information, risks, and progress to senior managers
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with datasets, reviewing data, and making informed recommendations
A strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work
Confidence managing your own workload and meeting deadlines
Good communication skills and the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders
