JOB TITLE: Probate Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: South Yorkshire
SALARY: £35,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
This role will primarily focus on probate administration, with some involvement in the drafting of wills. You will be responsible for managing files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to a high standard. The position involves regular liaison with clients and other stakeholders, requiring you to maintain a strong understanding of current legal developments and relevant legislation. The role is mainly office-based, although flexible working arrangements may be considered in certain circumstances where appropriate.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are invited from experienced Probate Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE. You will demonstrate excellent standards of client care, alongside strong communication and organisational skills.
