OVERVIEW:
• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload including: Freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership matters, Right to Buy transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build purchases and Help to Buy shared equity matters.
• Provide clear legal advice and assistance.
• Represent clients throughout transactions.
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of client care.
• Open to Solicitors with 5+ years’ PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Confident liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Client-focused and professional approach.
