This role offers exposure to a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes, working closely with the Head of Department while also handling your own caseload with support.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise landlords, tenants, developers, and property owners on a variety of disputes
Handle your own matters, both independently and as part of a supportive team
Contribute to client care, business development, and team initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
1–4 years' PQE in Property Litigation
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Strong time management and organisational abilities
A proactive attitude towards personal development and business contribution
