We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach Drivers for one of our well-established clients based in Leamington Spa. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotation- Days: 9:00am – 9:00pm
- Nights: 9:00pm – 9:00am
Pay Rates:- £13.77 per hour – Day
- £14.77 per hour – Nights
Key Responsibilities: - Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods
- Moving stock within the warehouse
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures
Requirements: - In-date external FLT Counterbalance and Reach licences (essential)
- Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating pattern
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
