We’re looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join our Digital & Technical Services (DTS) team for a 12 week period, possibly longer. If you’re organised, proactive, and confident managing a wide range of admin tasks, this role offers a great opportunity to make an impact in a busy, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Deliver a broad range of administrative support.
Organise and coordinate events, projects, and training.
Provide dedicated support to senior managers (diary, travel, correspondence).
Service committees and meetings (agendas, minutes, actions).
Work within regulatory frameworks (data protection, finance, procurement).
Handle enquiries and resolve issues independently.
Use Microsoft Office confidently, especially Outlook.
