We are recruiting an internal Sales advisor, to support a key client based in Kingswinford.
This is an office-based role focused on managing a large portfolio of house accounts while actively prospecting and developing new business within an assigned geographical area. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining existing relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a high volume of existing customer accounts
Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Conduct cold calling and lead generation using internet research, social media, press, and other channels
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products
Work collaboratively as part of an area sales team alongside an Area Sales Representative
Maintain accurate records and manage customer data effectively
Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and growth objectives
Skills & Experience Required
Proven B2B sales experience
Confident with cold calling and proactive lead generation
Demonstrated success selling into both existing and new accounts
Strong understanding of profit, loss, turnover, and margins
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Good standard of general IT and Microsoft Office skills
High attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, driven, and sociable with a positive attitude
