Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of a leading haulage company in Tamworth for experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established business, offering competitive pay and excellent prospects for temp-to-perm positions.
The Role:
Class 1 trunking work to supermarket RDCs.
Driving curtain side vehicles – no handball required.
Regular shifts with plenty of overtime available.
Average 50 hours per week.
Flexible shift patterns to suit your lifestyle.
Requirements:
Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
Minimum 12 months’ HGV Class 1 driving experience.
Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card.
A professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach.
Salary (PAYE):
£20.00 per hour PAYE
(Holiday pay accrued on top of hourly rate at standard rate)
Seasonal Rate until January 2026
