As a Night Concierge, you'll play a key role in supporting residents overnight - providing a friendly face, excellent customer service, and ensuring their comfort and security throughout the night.
What you'll be doing:
Be the first point of contact for students and guests overnight, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
Carry out regular security checks and monitor safety around the property.
Respond to queries and resolve issues in a professional, timely way.
Keep accurate records and support with any incidents or emergencies.
Work closely with your daytime colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.
What we're looking for:
Strong communication skills - friendly, approachable, and confident.
Good IT and numeracy skills.
A calm and professional approach to problem solving.
Awareness of health & safety responsibilities.
Previous customer service or security experience is helpful, but not essential - what matters most is your attitude.
